A Heart That Cares

Our Heart That Cares Program provides patients with something to smile about. Our wonderful family of staff and volunteers come together to create a loved-fille d care package that says "We Care". CHD patients are often times hospitalized for extended periods and time can seem to move reeeeeeeally slow while lounging in those hospital socks and gown. With our care packages we provide an assortment of items for patients and families to enjoy during their hospital stay on their road to recovery.
